Project statuses

Tracker projects move through a few practical states:

| State | What it means | |-------|---------------| | Draft or review | You can edit setup, rallies, shots, and notes. | | Pending | The project has been submitted and is waiting in the queue. | | In progress | Tracking work has started. | | Final review | The project is being checked before it is returned to you. | | Error | The project needs changes before it can continue. | | Finalized | The project is complete and ready to power insights. |

While automatic tracking is running

After you submit a project, the editor shows a queued or in-progress panel instead of the normal editing workspace. If the job is still pending, you may be able to cancel it. Once the job has started, cancellation is no longer available.

You can still open project setup from the queued panel if the project needs player setup changes before work starts.

Reviewing completed tracking

When tracking is complete, open the project and review the data before finalizing:

• Confirm rallies start and end at the right moments.
• Check that shots are attributed to the correct player.
• Review winners, errors, and rally outcomes.
• Add or adjust notes if something important happened.
• Make sure the tracked match reflects the footage accurately.

If a project is returned

If the review team reports an issue, the project opens with an Action needed banner. The banner includes the note explaining what needs to be fixed.

Typical fixes include:

• Correcting player setup.
• Adjusting match segments.
• Rechecking unclear footage.
• Fixing setup information that prevented tracking from continuing.

After making the requested changes, use Resubmit for review from the project page.

Finalized projects

Finalized projects are considered complete. They can contribute to dashboard summaries and Performance Insights.

Automatic tracking is not available on finalized projects. Reopen the project for review if you need to make changes or send it through the workflow again.
