1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at kevin@getgoodatbadminton.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account or resell access to the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Beta Program

The Service is currently offered in a beta phase. During beta, features may be incomplete, changed, or removed without notice. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we continue to develop the platform. Beta access does not guarantee continued availability of any specific feature.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

GGAB offers the following plans:

• Beta — $7/month: Full access to core features during the beta period at an introductory rate.
• Pro — $28/month: Full access including all advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and future feature releases available at general availability.

Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all match data, annotations, and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your data solely to operate and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data from our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Service (excluding your data) are owned by or licensed to GGAB. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGAB and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
