Once you sign in, we keep you signed in, so you shouldn't have to log in every time you come back.

You may still need to sign in again if:

• You sign out yourself.
• Your browser clears its data.
• You use a private browsing window.
• Your sign-in expires.
• You switch to another browser or device.

Use the billing area to manage your plan. If a payment or your plan ever looks wrong, contact support and use the same email you signed up with so we can find your account quickly.

Tokens pay for automatic tracking and for the AI that answers your questions. Your plan tokens reset each period, and any tokens you buy on top don't expire.

As a rough guide, 10,000 tokens covers about 30 minutes of matchplay, counting rallies only and leaving out the warmup and the breaks. A question to Ask GGAB is about 100. So a 15,000-token month is roughly 45 minutes of tracked play, or around 150 questions.

Your dashboard, insights, charts, AI Coach match breakdowns, and weekly insights don't cost tokens.

Need more before your next refill? Go to Account → Tokens, where packs run $5 for 5,000, $20 for 22,000, and $45 for 50,000. We spend your plan tokens first, so a top-up waits until you need it. Token packs are not refundable once the tokens reach your balance.

When you send a match for tracking, we show you the cost and set aside that many tokens. We charge the real cost once the match finishes. For the full breakdown, see Tracking and Tokens.

Your tagged match data is yours to take at any time.

Open Match Breakdown or Trends Over Time and click Export. You'll get a CSV file named something like ggab-shots-2026-08-30.csv, ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or a notebook.

The file has one row per shot you've tagged, with the match, rally, and player context repeated on every row, so you can pivot it without joining anything together. Each row tells you:

• Which match it came from, when it was played, and whether it was shared with you
• Who hit the shot, whether that player is you, and which hand they play with
• The rally number, the score before and after, how long the rally lasted, and how it ended
• The shot itself — family, variant, direction, serve placement, contact point, outcome, and where any error went

It covers every finished match you own, plus any match another player has shared with you. A match you've reopened for review is left out until you finalize it again.

You can export even if your subscription has lapsed. Your data never gets locked up.

This file covers your tagged match data. It doesn't include your uploaded videos, wearable readings, training sessions, or Ask GGAB conversations. If you want a complete copy of everything we hold, or you want your data deleted, contact support and we'll take care of it.
