Signup

New users create an account, confirm their email when required, and continue through payment. The signup flow requires acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before payment.

Staying signed in

After login, the app stores an authenticated session so you should not need to enter your details every time you return.

You may still be asked to sign in again if:

• You sign out manually.
• Your browser clears site data.
• You use a private browsing window.
• Your session expires or is revoked.
• You switch to a different browser or device.

Billing

Use the billing area to manage subscription-related actions available to your account. If a payment or subscription state looks wrong, contact support with the email address used for signup.

Tokens

Tokens are used for automatic tracking. Free tokens may reset on a monthly schedule, while paid tokens do not expire.

When you submit a match for automatic tracking, GGAB estimates the cost and places a hold. The final token handling happens after the project is completed.

Privacy

Match videos and tracked data are private to your account unless you choose to share them through a supported workflow. Review the Privacy Policy for details on data use, processing, and user rights.
